Bradley S. Anderson has spent the last sixteen years advising Kansas City area businesses, national banks and loan servicers regarding title issues, real estate matters, lending practices, employment, bankruptcy issues, creditor’s rights and commercial litigation. His experience allows him to provide cost-effective advice and strategies for clients both before and after legal disputes arise.

Mr. Anderson has handled hundreds of matters from inception to completion over the years, and his experience includes argument before the Kansas Supreme Court in Fidelity Bank v. King, a seminal Kansas case that establishes how lenders resolve second mortgage foreclosures in the state.  He is licensed to practice in Kansas and Missouri, including the U.S. District Courts of Kansas, Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri and the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts of Kansas and Missouri.

Mr. Anderson is member of the Kansas and Missouri Bar Associations, the American Bar Association, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and the Johnson County, Kansas, Bar Association.  Bradley also has a history of handling pro bono matters in the Family and Juvenile Courts in Jackson County, Missouri, where he has helped children and families in need.  Bradley lives in Overland Park, Kansas, with his wife, Leslie, and children Sophia, Jackson and Mary.
