Since being admitted to the State Bar of Georgia, Casey’s primary areas of practice have been business litigation, products liability, premises liability, and employment law. This includes the representation of employers, insurers, multinational corporations and businesses in legal disputes from inception through conclusion. Casey has vast practical experience deposing plaintiffs in toxic tort cases throughout the country. In addition to his deposition experience, Casey has served as second chair in a number of jury trials, as well as tried dozens of cases in the magistrate courts of Georgia.

A Montana native, Casey earned his Bachelor of Science degree with honors from Montana State University – Billings. While attending college, Casey had the privilege of serving as captain for the track team as one of the university’s leading sprinters. He then attended Denver University Sturm College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. While at Denver University, Casey participated in mock trial as well as served as a managing editor on the Denver Journal of International Law and Policy. He was also the President of the Black Law Students Association.

Casey is active in the community and passionate about helping others. He speaks with local underprivileged high school students regarding the path to becoming a lawyer. He also volunteers his lunch hour to reading with children from local elementary schools. When Casey is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and participating in intramural softball. During the winter, he enjoys the occasional weekend ski trip.
