Jon devotes his practice to litigation in the State and Federal Courts of Alabama, Florida, and Mississippi. He brings broad experience to Galloway Johnson’s Mobile and Pensacola offices, representing individual clients, companies, and insurers in workers’ compensation, construction defect, personal injury, premises liability, wrongful death, and employment discrimination claims.

He is an active member of the Florida Bar, the Alabama State Bar and the Mississippi Bar Association and is admitted to practice in Mississippi’s Northern and Southern; Alabama’s Northern, Middle and Southern; and Florida’s Northern United States District Courts as well as the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Jon graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Marketing, later earning an M.B.A. from the Samford University School of Business. He obtained his law degree from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. Jon attended Cumberland with a Presidential Scholarship and served on the American Journal of Trial Advocacy’s Editorial Board.

Born in New Orleans, Jon always considered the Gulf Coast home while living throughout the United States and in various overseas locales.
