Jonathan Lewis graduated from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law with a Civil Law degree. While at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, Jonathan was an Oralist for the Civil Rights and Liberties Moot Court Team, an Oralist for Constitutional Criminal Procedure Moot Court Team, a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, a Senior Student Ambassador, and served on the Board of the Black Law Student Association. Jonathan received honors and awards for achieving the highest grade in his Legal Research and Writing Course. Further, while in school, Jonathan excelled in his Entrepreneurship and Law & Technology courses.  After graduating from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, Jonathan began his practice at a prominent mass tort and class action law firm. While employed with the firm, Jonathan gained an invaluable amount of experience in handling mass tort class actions, property litigation, and over 300 first party insurance claims. He also has experience in government legislation and land use industry having completed an intensive internship with the New Orleans City Council.

Jonathan’s practice covers several areas of law, which include: employment litigation, workers’ compensation, products liability, entertainment & sports law, corporate transactions, and intellectual property law. He takes a vigorous yet practical approach to all matters, focusing on early and thorough factual investigations in an attempt to pursue timely resolutions. Being able to experience both sides of the table at such an early stage in his legal career has given Jonathan a rare skill set and tactical approach to legal matters.

 

OVERVIEW
