Manny has successfully mediated cases to settlement and obtained complete dismissal through summary judgment, even going as far as obtaining affirmation from courts of appeals. He brings a unique skill set to every case having interned for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit after law school where he assisted in drafting proposed opinions in various matters.
