McKenzie Jordan joined the firm after graduating with honors from both Texas Tech University and Texas Tech University School of Law. While at Texas Tech Law, McKenzie served on the executive board of the Law Review, represented clients as a member of the Civil Practice Clinic, and served on the Student Bar Association. McKenzie’s legal experience includes internships with both Chief Justice Terrie Livingston of the Second Court of Appeals and U.S. District Court Magistrate Judge Jeffrey Cureton. She also has experience in the oil and gas industry having completed an intensive summer internship in the Land Department of Chevron’s Houston office.

While McKenzie’s practice covers several areas of law, her primary practice is in general civil defense litigation where she assists in representing clients involved in multi-party litigation disputes. She takes a vigorous yet practical approach to all matters, focusing on early and thorough factual investigation in an attempt to pursue a timely resolution.
