Mia J. Lewis is a life-long New Orleanian and an associate attorney in the New Orleans office. Mia earned her juris doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. While at Loyola, Mia was a member of Moot Court and a Student Practitioner in the Children’s Rights Clinic of the Loyola Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic. Mia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication- Journalism from Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, LA and a Masters of Public Administration from Bellevue University in Bellevue, NE. Mia is admitted to practice law in all Louisiana state courts and is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, The Martinet Legal Society, St. Thomas More Inns of Court and A.P. Tureaud Inns of Court.

Upon graduating law school, Mia served as a judicial law clerk in Orleans Parish Criminal and Civil District Courts.  Prior to joining the firm, Mia served as a Staff Attorney at the Louisiana Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal where she handled both criminal and civil matters. Mia is an ambitious attorney with an infectious personality.

Mia focuses her practice primarily on insurance coverage, property damage, premises liability, construction defect, complex litigation, contractual liability, and personal injury defense. Outside of work Mia enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her teenage son, Mekhi.
