Patrick Schepens is an experienced litigator with a diverse practice who has successfully represented clients in variety of industries that include the transportation, construction, insurance, and environmental sectors. His transportation practice is broad and includes representation of vessel owners and operators, railroads and railcrew transportation companies, trucking companies, drilling contractors, energy companies, and numerous insurance companies and underwriters.  His experience defending construction defect claims includes matters ranging from single-family residential homes to multi-million dollar commercial developments.  He routinely analyzes insurance issues and provides coverage opinions to his clients.

Like his clients, Patrick’s practice is mobile. He is licensed to practice in Louisiana and Mississippi and routinely handles cases in state and federal courts throughout those states. As a seasoned litigator, Patrick understands the importance of effective communication.
