Steven’s practice focuses on representing companies of all shapes and sizes in workers’ compensation, personal injury, property damage claims, commercial disputes, and data security litigation.

A certified privacy professional (CIPP/US), he also provides legal counsel on cybersecurity-related corporate planning matters, including vendor agreements, legal compliance and due diligence, regulatory audits and investigations, breach response planning, onsite breach counsel, and breach notification.

Before joining Galloway, Johnson, Tompkins, Burr, and Smith, he served as an assistant attorney general in the Litigation Division of the Louisiana Department of Justice, in addition to working for the Speaker of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives and a regional lobbying firm focusing on professional licensing and technologies legislation.
