Since being admitted to the Florida Bar, William’s primary areas of practice have been insurance coverage, business litigation, bad faith, first party property, construction defect and general liability defense. He believes in frequent client communication to produce customized case strategies, personalized recommendations and effective results.

William grew up in Maryland and moved to Florida to attend law school, where he graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. During law school, he obtained multiple book awards and served as the Executive Notes Editor of the University of Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy. Upon graduation, he was awarded the Pro Bono Certificate of Excellence, for completing over 75 hours of pro bono work throughout his final year of law school. During his last semester of law school, William clerked for Justice Charles T. Canady of the Florida Supreme Court. William also completed an internship for the Honorable Charles Day at the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, and interned at the Calvert County District Court.

Prior to joining the Tampa office of Galloway, William practiced insurance coverage and business litigation at a firm in Jacksonville. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Florida, as well as the Middle and Southern District federal courts in Florida.
